Clean, hip new hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed a nice size rooms and extremely helpful staff. The property was in a favourable location, to check in area. Café Dunkin' was 500 feet away from the place.

Would stay here again for nice hot and freshly cooked breakfast. All the rooms are reasonably priced and brand-new with comfy beds and the staff is hospitable.

Hotel's breakfast is good hot and delicious with the restaurant-basic muffins and bagels, as example. The location is favourable and absolutely perfect, 15 minutes' walk to Roseland Town Park. Would happily go back again.

The hotel's position was particularly good and ideal, not far from the store, the restuarant and hallways and shopping mall. Ate at Bruno's Pizza, it's at walking distance from the venue.

Their staff were very rude.

The room we stayed in was brand-new where the shower did n't drain.

The hotel offered a good breakfast selection which suited my preferences. I enjoyed the modern decor of the lobby and lounge area. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

Hotel was unique, I loved the stay.

The location was comfortable, short walk to both South Bend proper, and all South Bend sites spacious rooms. The service offered was excellent!
